I have experience teaching math and computer science to students of every age between 2nd grade and 10th grade, as well as college undergraduates. Here are some highlights:

• I taught CS 2420: Algorithms and Data Structures at the University of Utah during Summer 2026. I was the primary instructor, although I taught under the supervision of Professor Eric Heisler. (View Course Evaluations).

• I oversaw the Honors thesis of Kiyanna Porter. I am currently overseeing the senior project of Sophie Zhao. In both cases, I served as the primary advisor to the students, although I worked under the supervision of Professor Bei Wang Phillips (my advisor)

• I taught C++ 1 and 2 at Waubonsee Community College, which is a Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI). (View Course Evaluations).

• I student taught Algebra and Geometry at Naperville Central High School. I assumed every role of a high school teacher for a 10 week period.

• I was a teacher for Bay Coding Club, a private coding school for elementary and middle school students. I taught python and game design classes. I also coached their team for the American Computer Science League (ACSL) and placed first in the Elementary Division. A video that I made is featured on the ACSL website.
